How much will it cost to host a website with you?

We provide web hosting packages from only £1.99 per month. This includes a generous amount of webspace and bandwidth as well as the large array of features we offer. On our more expensive packages we include a .co.uk domain name FREE, you can also choose to pay yearly with which well give you two months free every single year!

We do not charge VAT or deceive you with hidden extras to add to this. We currently accept payment through PayPal* or GoogleCheckout and you can pay using any supported credit or debit card.

*NOTE: PayPal allows payments to be made even if you do not have a PayPal account.

Can I purchase a domain name with my hosting account?

Our UK domain name prices start at just £4.49 per year and can be registered easily when you sign up for a hosting account.

We also offer International domain names from £8.99

I want to purchase web hosting but already have a domain name, can i transfer my name to you?

Yes, we recommend you transfer your name to us to enable a quicker setup. If you wish to stay with your current domain name registrar you can still link your domain name to a web hosting package from us. You will have to change the "nameserver" settings of your current domain name the detail below (you should be able to do this through your current registrar's control panel):

When you order using our online ordering system you can enter the details of a domain name registered with another company at the bottom of the page. When you have updated the nameservers of that domain you will be able to access your hosting with us.

How many domain names can I have with each hosting package?

The number of domains that can be supported by a single hosting package is currently one. However we can provide access to more domain names. Please contact us.

How long will my account take to be setup?

If you order both a domain name and hosting package together using our easy to use online ordering system your account should be activated immediately. If you only want hosting (without a domain name) we will have to setup your account manually so there may be a slight delay. When your account is setup you will receive an e-mail with your admin login details, FTP details and e-mail setup information.

Can I buy a domain name without hosting?

Yes. Please click here for more information about our domain names and the features included with them. You can register your domain name by using our online ordering system.

How can I pay for my hosting account?

Credit or debit card:

You can pay for your hosting each month using any major credit or debit card. We use PayPal and GoogleCheckout to process online payments (PLEASE NOTE: you don't need to have a PayPal account to use this service!). PayPal / Google will debit the agreed monthly hosting amount every month. This can be cancelled any time and you are under no obligation. We do ask you contact us first if considering cancelling your hosting with us.

We regret that we are unable to accept postal orders / cheques / cash.

How do I renew my hosting account?

If you have chosen to pay monthly using PayPal / Google Checkout you will be invoiced by PayPal / Google Checkout automatically. If you are paying yearly we will contact you 30 days before the hosting is due to expire with details on how to renew your package. You can either log in to your admin panel to renew the hosting or we can do this on your behalf.

If we do not hear from you after the account has expired your website may no longer be visible online.

How do I cancel my monthly payment?

You are never under any obligation with our hosting packages. If you are paying a recurring monthly payment using PayPal / Google this can be cancelled by either:

a) Please email us with your details and we will cancel the payment with PayPal.

b) Log in to your PayPal account and cancel the recurring payment manually

Please contact us first before you cancel your account.

Can I have a free trial of a web hosting account?

All of our hosting accounts offer a no fuss 30-day money-back guarantee so if you don't like your account or feel it is not right for you simply let us know. Please note that this offer excludes domain name fees.

The refund will be made using the same method as your original payment. You will still have access to your domain name.

Do you charge VAT?

No, we do not currently charge VAT. Our exact prices are always clearly marked and this is what you will be charged.
