.co.uk / .org.uk / .me.uk domains can be transferred by following these steps:

Step 1: Contact your current domain name registrar and request they change the TAG of the domain name to HEARTINTERNET (our bulk domain name company).

Step 2: When your domain name registrar has performed the TAG changes (which may take 24 hours) please contact us with details of the domain name you wish to register along with your contact details.

Step 3: You can also transfer the domain using our online ordering system as long as your current company has changed the TAG to HEARTINTERNET. Our ordering system will inform you that the domain is currently registered. Click the box next to the domain and checkout your order.

.com / .net / .org / .info / .biz domains can be transferred by following these steps:

Step 1: Please click here to got our online ordering system. Enter the domain name that you wish to transfer. Our ordering system will say it is already registered. Tick the box to add the domain to your basket and checkout your order.

Step 2: When you have completed the checkout process the administration contact for the domain will receive an email from OpenSRS with instructions on how to confirm the transfer is genuine.

Step 3: Once confirmed it should take only 24 hours to become active. Please note that some providers may take up to seven days.
