How much do you charge to register a domain name?

We offer extremely competitive prices for registering domain names. UK domains .co.uk / .org.uk / .me.uk are charged at £4.49 per year (minimum 2 years registration)

International domains .com / .net / .org / .info / .biz are charged at £9.99 per year (minimum 1 year registration)

There is no VAT to add and we do not add any hidden prices to our invoices! We offer optional hosting with our domain names from just £1.99 per month. You can also use a separate host if you prefer.

How much do you charge to transfer a domain name?

Transferring a domain name to fruity: is quick and simple. Our transfer prices are very low. UK domain names are currently FREE to transfer and international domain names can be transferred from £9.99.

The yearly charges are just £3.99 for UK domain names and £9.99 for international domain names.

How do I transfer a UK domain name to fruity:?

.co.uk / .org.uk / .me.uk domains can be transferred by following these steps:

Step 1: Contact your current domain name registrar and request they change the TAG of the domain name to HEARTINTERNET (our bulk domain name company).

Step 2: When your domain name registrar has performed the TAG changes (which may take 24 hours) please contact us with details of the domain name you wish to register along with your contact details.

Step 3: You can also transfer the domain using our online ordering system as long as your current company has changed the TAG to ours. Our ordering system will inform you that the domain is currently registered. Click the box next to the domain and checkout your order.

How do I transfer an international domain name to fruity:?

.com / .net / .org / .info / .biz domains can be transferred by following these steps:

Step 1: Please click here to got our online ordering system. Enter the domain name that you wish to transfer. Our ordering system will say it is already registered. Tick the box to add the domain to your basket and checkout your order.

Step 2: When you have completed the checkout process the administration contact for the domain will receive an email from OpenSRS with instructions on how to confirm the transfer is genuine.

Step 3: Once confirmed it should take only 24 hours to become active. Please note that some providers may take up to seven days.

What happens if I want to transfer my domain to another company?

We never put you under any obligation to stay with us and you can move your domain name at any time! To release your domain name please follow these steps:

UK domains: Log in to our domain name admin panel with the log in details we sent you when the domain was registered. Click the "Change Nominet Tag" button. Type in the new TAG for the company you will be moving to.

International domains: Contact your new domain name registrars requesting to transfer an international domain name. You should receive an e-mail from OpenSRS to confirm you are the owner of the domain.

How easy is it to add hosting to an existing domain name?
